     2.  Make it tastier

• Make it not look disgusting
• Make the taste better

     3.  Have a wider variety of fruits

• Not just apples, oranges, and bananas
• Students are supposed to eat 1 1/2 to 2 cups per. day for 14-18 year olds according www.choosemyplate.gov

    4.  Have cooks make food instead of using prepackaged frozen food

• Prepackaged food is less nutritious
• Prepackaged food doesn't taste as good as a fully cooked food

    5. Proportions

• Proportions equal with each food from each food group
• Have food be equal portions to what were supposed to be eating

School Food

 





• Not just to me, but to many others, school food tastes horrible. I feel as if the cooks don't spend as much time on making the food taste good and healthy for us students which is what we need to get through the day.
•  I have noticed that the school food is not healthy for us students. We are asked to be at school by 7:35 a.m. but by the time we get to lunch, we're still very tired. Then at lunch, we get crap for food when we should get something healthier and nutritious.

     Statistics show that nearly 20 percent of children in the U.S. have been diagnosed with obesity and some of the blame for this comes from cafeteria food and a lack of exercise according to thefoodfacts.blogspot.com.
     This problem needs to be solved because childhood obesity can cause sickness.

Google SketchUp Practice

 

In class today, we were told to bring in an object or borrow an object to recreate on Google SketchUp. I was given a Lego to remake and measure. Below is how it turned out.

Bedroom & Table

On Google SketchUp, we were asked to recreate our bedroom. We also went through a tutorial and made the basic hallway table along the wall.

Five Problems

3.) We should only have to be involved with classes that we'll need in the future.

Problem Statements:
1.) People have problems when their pets go to the bathroom on the floors of their houses because it can leave stains and odors that result in cleaners having to clean their house for large amounts of money.
2.) Not just to me, but to many others, school food tastes horrible. I feel as if the cooks don't spend as much time on making the food taste good and healthy for us students which is what we need to get through the day.
3.) Some classes that students are involved in will not be involved in their future.
4.) All around us, there's garbage thrown by people who don't care about the environment has been causing problems for much too long and it is destroying our world.
5.)The pencil sharpeners put in classrooms are incredibly cheap and literally eat pencils.
